EMW Financial Management, LLC operates on a performance-based fee structure. Standard business consulting, project management and preparation of business plans/proformas are most often offered under a retainer fee agreement.
Unlike other “business consultants” or “finders”, EMW does not charge upfront “due diligence” or application fees to its clients for commercial loan placement. Rather, we prefer to offer a flat percentage fee schedule payable when your loan or equity is obtained by our professional staff. We offer our services on a best efforts basis when finding funding for your project.
Typically, our fees range from 2% – 5% of the total amount of your loan or funding request.
